How do I write this criterion of stability in the run of autohidro?

    How do I write this criterion of stability in the run of autohidro? IMO SEVERE WIND AND ROLLING CRITERION...

    PLEASE HELP

    Perhaps the attached text will help you to know how to check the weather criterion compliance, although I do not know if that is what you need.

    the document is helpful thanks ... however my question is how to write the command in the run of autohidro to evaluate that criterion in a boat? If you do not understand much the text is because my language is Spanish and I am using a translator ...

    My native language is also Spanish and I also use Google translator.
    Sorry, I do not know how to write that command in Autohydro. Can I suggest you use some other software, more specialized in boat design?. For example, Maxsurf makes those calculations automatically.
