How come you can't buy a folding trailerable pontoon barge?

I meant cross winds while towing on the road.

My first attempt to build a Myark cat that also folded in half but could be towed open or shut.
Two 15 hp motors and a thrill in any surf size.

The extreme forward position of the helm in that cat looks like a spine-destroyer !

I dunno, it seemed a lot better five years ago. Maybe MyArk can address that?

Sorry about the web site that has not been touched over the years, web hosting in China that was bashed together over email that is not marketed at all.
When I have time to market and able to supply stock, I will remake the web site with my futue water craft and multi tool designs.

This is the second proto type design Myark folding cat with two Johnson 15hp four stroke out boards.
I liked the first one more because it’s lightness 2mm structure with two stroke motors and a deeper V for riding surf, the second is made from 3mm with four strokes and a bit longer but still got along OK.

How does it react when a tractor trailer passes by or there is wind. Parking for days to wait for the wind to abate seems like a very bad quality for a project that is supposed to be transported by road.

    .

I don't see where this would be any different than towing an RV down the road as far as crosswinds.

Towing the 10.4.8 I used “pictured” Subaru towing the second proto type Myark speed barge.
The 9.6 and smaller models are guided missiles, such as when towing the 7.2 x 3.6 width .800 wide folded for self towing on narrow roads also only 800kg to tow such as the camper in the http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DDfSuAtiVkQ YouTube movie of the camper towing in bush land demonstrates.
Its much easier to tow than RVs or a boat on a trailer.
Those barges are 18 + years old prototypes so now have new designs superior.

No problems with winds like I said If you read correctly "Hurricane" or are you just stirring or not very clever.

I towed this barge many times with a 1600cc car.

I save many cows in a flood that had strong winds with no problems towing.
