You cannot judge the USA by Las Vegas. That would be like judging England by Bedlam.

Nice try, Hoyt, but Bedlam operates under a National Health Scheme.

    Michael,
Why did you say that? What are you referring to? The US is signatory to Solas and a member of IMO. You confuse me as to your intent.

Compromise is surrender and a dirty word. Too much compromise, especially of principle, has been done already.

It was meaningless drivel then, and ignored now.

The lazy keep voting so the nipple keeps giving them milk, always greedy. And they are never grateful to the taxpayer from whom they reap all the bounty.

The cojones have become albondigas, cooked up and served on a dish of gimmee-gimmee.

I suppose they should be grateful for Mitt's 15% then. :)

Have you picked a horse for the Nov. race yet? One that will bring change that
you can believe in? (I believe your first choice fell before the start)

Benjamin Franklin also said, "Good fences make good neighbors." Mexico's destiny is in Mexico's hands. Mutual respect and non-interference by both countries is the optimal solution. Mexico can't save us by sending cheap labor and we can't save Mexico by money-dumping, but we can really weaken ourselves by doing that.
