We have people that take care of renting, cleaning and lawn
care! Any repairs have to be approved by myself, my Dad,
or my brother-in-law, I can do the doors, and walls in just
a bit for next to nothing compared to the estimates we
get! Plumbing and electric we can not do, city codes!

"you couldn't pay me", Ha, they almost don't, we clear less
than $1000 per unit per year! The housing market is down
and we not not going to do that well this year!
For a $2 million dollar investment, it is a pretty poor return!

Sub flooring, they don't open, they are made from the covers
    of the original hatches!
