    Hello...

See enclosed photo - can anyone think of how to kink the surface to follow a drastic 90 degree from the fairbody to the rear stem - I am trying to keep same points on the CL...

I always model the keel as an attachment and fair it in later. Its too hard trying to get all the control points in one surface.

You want a flat keel base for docking ? You could extend the appendage and trim it off.

    Sean...

Rather than having the corner (of the rectangular mesh) at the stern, make it the lower corner of the keel, as in the Skookum53 pic attached.

Note the trailing edge of the keel and sternpost are a separate surface.
