Does anybody know how much would cost a 3 tonnes powerboat structure out of carbon/epoxy?
Lets say for hand layup+vacuum bagging+oven cure versus resin infusion+ oven cure. The powerboat would be a deep V double step 50 knot mono hull.

    thanks

You won't get a realistic price if you calculate per ton. That would only be the price of materials. The labor is directly proportional to the difficulty of lamination of the hull. Depending on the design, the price can change by 2-3 times. Also, the cost of labor where the hull will be built will affect the cost. If you activate your PM or email, I can send you contact information of Naval Architects in Spain that can give you that information based on the design. They will also be familiar with the Spanish regulations which can be quite difficult.
