Bilge Venilation Requirement?

    I'm ready to drop in the new fuel tank on project TOPAZ and since the boat is now an twin outboard boat will I need bilge ventilation? What's the requirement from the CG? I found plenty of info on inboard vents, but not much on outboard boats.
