Anyone know what kind of head flashing I can apply to these wet lockers to keep them a bit dryer?

Needs to be comfortable enough for someone to lean into bare legged.

Sorry, but I am a bit dense - what do you mean by 'head flashing'?
Do you want them to be covered with a type of flexible material that is only attached at the top, and can be folded up for access to the locker?

No, just a permanent drip edge that keeps rain out of the locker a bit better.

I realize I can make a piece of wood or core do it, but was hoping for an easier solution..core would require epoxy sealing, maybe a chunk of glass for stiffness, and painting...

You could use a strip of EVA traction foam with the adhesive on the back, like they use on stand-up paddle boards. I could dig around this weekend and see if I have a couple pieces of medium grey for you.

I have some gray seadek. I have to see if big enough and cut it nice enough. Thanks!
