    Epoxy was developed 30+ years ago to prevent wood from getting wet.
    Should still work

    Looking at some video, I think this is marketed more towards artsy, deep pockets, than it is towards structural engineering types.

    But, if this meets your requirements, wow!

    I just wish someone was doing this process for Okoume BS1088 .... 6mm, or 12mm would be the cats meow ....

    Altho', 1"x2" would make great ribs for an SOF kayak ....

    If you have an example I would be interested. Electronics don't count.

    Should be cheap enough to do a simple test, when you get some let us know.

    I think I agree. But I doubt the viability as structure so I was hoping for unbiased reports.
    If I could suck someone else into investing that is better for me.

    Given the cost, the time waiting for it to dry out (or the oven to hasten the process) and the suspicion that the stuff will become unstable when wet, I think I'll stay with laminating and/or steaming.
