Eric, you have the right idea on your book, though I'd write mine about all the folks who wanted to "design" a pontoon boat using corrugated PVC tubing zip tied together. They also don't have any cash, but plenty of PVC tubing . . .

I would like to build a fiberglass boat, need to know everything from start to finish as to how it is done.

I am very good at all mechanical and electrical things, not much I have not built or fixed.

Any info as to how to build the mold, the boat, the finishes and so forth??

    Thanks,
    Jay

The best thing for you to do is to get a job at a boatbuilder. Seeing how it is done is easier than talking about it or reading about it.

    The exception

This is the exception, not the rule. Another old saying in the business, well not really old because I started it is: "Almost anybody can build a great boat, but few can make money at it."

"I Want To Build A Boat But I Don't Have Any Money"

    Eric,
When you write the book, I would like a copy.
I'm one of those people that has the perfect boat in mind but can't afford to build it and I still think your book would be hilarious.
    Dennis
PS - And my boat would be perfect. (Bet you never heard that before)
