Does anyone know WHERE there are any courses on f'glass, wood, or stitch'n'glue boatbuilding in Central Florida.

I don't see any Marine Architecture, Naval Engineering, or Boat Building courses available in the Orlando, Tampa, or Daytona areas.

Does anyone know of any courses or schools in Central Florida?

The Florida Maritime Museum at Cortez offers:
Volunteers work to preserve traditional boatbuilding skills. Working Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 9:00 to 3:30 the crew is currently restoring a lovely Bahamas Sloop as well as building a new 12' Coquina Skiff. Volunteers work with Master Boat builder Bob Pitt and prior woodworking experience isn't necessary.

I agree hands-on experience is the way to learn and retain.
Too bad you are in Florida as we have started our Spring production
which would walk you through everything. Fiberglassing, wood, finishing, etc..
    Good luck!
