Does anyone know where I can buy a clutch plate for this engine? It was one of the twin plates clutch system made of copper.

I have the original parts manual from 1944. But it doesn’t give detail on each clutch plate. My vessel is one of 480 built for the us navy from 66 to 70.

I also have Willard RHIB with Konrad stern drives if anyone knows about the trim cylinder rams for those. That’s all I’m missing.

Is that the drive ring between clutch and gear?

This is a Higgins Boat crashbox, yes? You should try the dozen or so museums that have restored them.
