I have just purchased a 6354 perkins and it is missing the trans/eng. oil cooler.
Can anyone send photo's tell me how this is hooked up? Is there a pump that hooks up on the port side of the engine?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are many variants of the 6.354 series Perkins. I suggest you get your engine's serial # and contact Trans Atlantic Diesels http://www.tadiesels.com/

We are powered by 6.354.4 aboard Samadhi, and it's a great (huge massive and heavy) engine :)

If you have the turbo model, I would get the turbo seals replaced.

The loss of the seals will eat the engine oil in a few seconds , and cause the engine to lock up.

The rebuild is more expensive than a replacement engine , just for parts.

    David,
I can make you a great deal on all the parts you need and will throw in the rest of the motor so you can tell where they go! (I also have available shop manual) Don 808 265 3699
