    Regarding the FRP stiffener requirement moment of inertia,there are big different between DNV and ISO.
    DNV CH.4 Sec.4 E200
    I=36.4*d*fi*P*b*l^3 cm^4

    fi=7000/Ea

    ISO 12215-5
    I=((26*(kcs^1.5)*P*s*lu^3)/(k1s*Etc))*10^-11 cm^4

    k1s=0.05 (y/lu)

    Does anyone have idea about it?
    the results of DNV and ISO have big different.
