    Google is your friend!
Find the manufacturers website and specifications, it should provide the info you need.

The intermediate center gear box wont be strong enough, there may be a horse power tag pressed in stamp on top under the cover plate. I started with a v6 and went to a v8 and had to change center gears because the 350 v8 broke it. I chopped up the old boat last year and kept the entire stinger v8 setup and plan to sell it.
