    American taxes area involved how? A small amount of American money might get there indirectly from the purchase of crude oil, but taxes? Most of the oil used in the USA comes from domestic supplies, Canada, Mexico and South America. Most of the oil supplied from the middle east goes to Europe and Asia.

    Hopefully this project will help out the thousands of stranded foreign construction workers, left to starve when the other big projects ceased work.
