I'm just about to buy a new inflatable boat. Im thinking about getting a fibreglass floor but i'm still not sure what floor i should buy for the boat. I'm going to connect a center console and a throttle but I'm not quite sure what I should use to attach it. I want to be able to remove it as well.

I'm thinking of a mercury heavy duty. As for nails what if I get a different floor?

So if you don't already own the inflatable, why do you want to build/buy your own floor separately instead of buying an inflatable that has the floor and console you want together?

How would I build it? How much would it cost?

If I did, what floor would you recommend?

The tubular console you chose probably mounts with 4 short screws into the fiberglass floor panel. Blind nuts on the underside of the floor epoxied on so they never drop out could receive bolts for frequent removal and reattachment without turning the screw holes to chips.

Blind nuts are a reasonable solution, though clamps could be arranged as well. Without a pretty good idea of what you have to work with, a moot point though. A common type of sole (what you're calling a floor) would be cedar slats or maybe a hunk of plywood, both would take blind nuts. You could also use a "nutsert" which is a blind rivet, that has threads inside to accept bolts or machine screws.
