    I have not heard about Chris Craft having hull issues. They are known for quality boats.
    fuel injection is legal. Sound like a very well maintained boat with a fussy owner. Offer him $5,000.00 cash (because that is all the money you have)and see if he takes it. Or offer $ 4,500.00

    I found it is not fuel injected. Holley carb on there.
