Hi, Alexanov, with FreeShip, that option isn't available because it uses subdivision surfaces, and you can't make cuts or calculate intersections. That means you have to model in a way that puts all the necessary points straight into the mesh grid, and the mesh always has to be quad-based topology. The only thing you can really do is add a new object. Subdivision surfaces are handy, but you end up having to put in a lot of work to get the models done.
As you can see from the attached images, if you want to add a keel to the hull, you need to plan for corresponding points on the surface. In the first two images, the keel is a single piece fully integrated with the rest of the hull surface; in the blue one, it's a separate closed solid that fits perfectly onto the hull's curvature. The other image of the Skyjet is just to show you that for every detail you want to create, you have to include enough points. It has its advantages, but also a lot of drawbacks when working in CAD.
