The Marketplace Forums can be useful for members who know one another well from forum discussions and offline communications and wish to post boatbuilding tools, drafting tools, molds and tooling, and other professional equipment for sale or trade. However, caution and good judgement should always be used. Especially when considering any business with anyone not already well known to you and trusted, due diligence must be used to confirm details and identity and be sure the transaction is safe before any money or property changes hands. Always use good judgement and perform due dilligence and follow these guidelines.

I am about to sell a collection of extraordinary restored wooden canoes and boats for one of my consignors. I've listed them on eBay for 10 day auctions starting Oct 5, 2006 and running for 10 days. Included are: 1918 E. M. White, 1913, 1928 and 1950 Old Towns, a 1903 Truscott that appears to be one of only two known to survive, (this is the better of the two and the other is in a museum!) and a new Adirondack Guide boat made by the gentleman who restored the others. To view these auctions, go to eBay.com click on advanced search, check the box "by seller" and put "interface-rick" into the box provided for seller ID. Questions? call me during the day at 603-357-5040.
