I do not know what is "criteria in parametric style" but I think that reading what SOLAS says, in relation to the criteria for assessing the stability of vessels, is very instructive.
I hope that this will help you.

Mr. Moderator, I think this can not consent. Do we have to discriminate sirhamid even without knowing his political thinking?. Even knowing them, it would NOT be right to do so, in my opinion.

Governments impose some restrictions on specific information and technology sharing/trade with some countries; however it does not seem basic academic questions such as this would get anyone into trouble or cause problems. People shouldn't be discriminated against based on their location for basic academic help unless the information being requested is restricted by a specific act of law (and it's impossible to reliably limit who is reading information on a public internet forum by country, and so restricted information should not be posted on a public forum regardless.)

Yes I have started a racist campaign against spongers :D.

SPONGING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ( FYA Mr SIRHAMID)

This kind of people try to steal intellectual property. I have got some experience with this gentlement. I have no problem with his natioanality or religion.

My problem is personal with him and with his mentality

if somebody asked to you some technical advices on building of naval ships against employment promise. ( They were a few of stupid questions but his
intention were to obtain some free technical information)
    so he stole my time.

And now find opportunity to announce him from this forum

I do not know what Sirhamid has done, and I don´t care, but his tone seems polite and nothing suggests that he seeks to steal our intellectual property. On the other hand, the truth is that, in general, the things that are discussed here might not be classified as high-tech. We are professional speaking, exchanging, knowledge and some of us, as does Sirhamid, ask for help on some issues. I've done it myself and I do not think this is reprehensible.
Murat124, please keep us apart from your personal traumas. Thank you.

You are out of categorization ( as colleguage). I am talking with my colleguages.
you do not have to read and give comment to my threads

This is better : "You are out of categorization ( as colleague). I am talking with my colleagues".
A new mistake among the many you have.
