23' albarmarle type hull - inboard to outboard bracket conversion

    hello folks- new here but seeking hull questions
    I have the opportunity to get a free 23' albermarle/formula 233 type hull for a custom CC conversion, but the original was a sea-lark donor- INBOARD... I want to do a bracket and outboard--
    I noticed the flat space on the transom bottom to accommodate the inboard prop shaft bracket- MY QUESTION- is wil this cause cavitation? prop-wash issues? would I need to infill this to be consistent VEE like all others I see?
    What other kind of problems could this cause? Thanks

    in the pics, you can see the stepped hull bottom- what do you all think? Thanks in advance.

    looks nothing like a 233 to me, but nevertheless, how far from the transom, is the step ?
