Ford Lehman 4cyl 80hp out of a '72 Gulfstar 36MS

    We had the Lehman 80hp pulled from our vessel.. What was the RPM of the motor at hull speed? I know the trans was a 2:1 reduction.

    I own a 1972 Gulfstar 36MS. The boat runs at 6.5 knots at 2200 rpm with an 18x18" 3-blade prop and a clean bottom.
