    Hi

About steeped hull, try to Googlezize "Yves Parlier" he designed a steeped hull catamaran with 2 rigs, you can also ask to Enrico Contreas designer of Mattia-Esse Catamaran (Italy), and ask to Ventilo as well (Switzerland)

Both have been crooked by a french CFD Phd, 15 years ago, and have build F18 with steeped hull.

Unfortunatly, the production of these boats lasted only few months.

Above 20 knts it seems to work, but you are stuck to the water a lower speed.

    Good Luck
