I'm new to sailing and just bought my first 31 ft sailboat. I'm looking for a dingy, but don't have much to spend. Any suggestions on where to begin my search?

Would you like to build or buy?

There are lots and lots of small dinks on the market, many are for free if you just take them.

I think craigs list is one source?

    And welcome here!

An old Sabot or El Toro works well. Also I've seen kayaks and canoes often used by long-time cruisers in smaller boats.
