Is there any way to model turbulence?

I want to install an expensive thru hull transducer, but am nervous about bubbles..

    Model as in ????

Do you mean turbulent or separated flow? My guess is you mean separated flow. The flow past a boat hull is mostly attached but turbulent.

Bubbles from cavitation, air entrainment or what?

Almost any flow can be modeled with appropriate software, sufficient computer resources and knowledge.

I am nervous the beaching keel and sacrificial timber are going to impart bubbles/flow under the ducer.

I can try to take some pictures, but today is 100% hot n muggy.
