foam over male mold construction

Thanks for the links, I think I have enough info to work with. I appreciate all of the input and advice. I am going to order some materials and practice.

Another thing I use with foam is raptor staples and they also sell copulas..

The gun is spendy, but it is a darn handy tool and you can use core scraps to build up to bigger pieces as well as any intermediate stapling.
