Flying boat - small - 2 sailor - America s Cup foil - Class name and Plans

Few minutes ago , I was watching youtube sail race channels and I saw a boat from uk , 2 persons on it , short boat , had one foil in the starboard in water , other foil was at out of water.

What is the class name of that boat and where can we find a free or very cheap plan.

Is that boat or moth faster ?

Its probably the new AC 75 test boat built by INEOS* to gather data for their 75' NZAC boat. Forget about a plan for the time being......
