Looking for a mesh file of an open geometry

    Hi everyone,
    I'm looking for a mesh file for the ship model S175, which is an open geometry. The lines plans too are available freely, but I'm not familiar enough with modelling software to create a mesh. I'd be grateful if anyone has a usable mesh file! :)
