Hello, the bottom sections are maybe not drawn for a developable surface ?

Do you mean there will be difficulties with shaping this bottom panel?
I have a little expirience dealing with shaping aluminum but I think I can manage this.
I have done one similar powerboat and one 34,5 foot sailing boat hull (last one with nondevelopable curvature using english wheel). Can send some pictures if interested.

If you cut the frames to those lines, the bottom plating forward will not fit flush against them, following it's "natural" curvature ?

The only way the sections can be all straight, and the plate bend around and touch them at all points, without forcing, would be if they were parallel to one another.
