Fiberglass Laminator

We are looking for a skilled Fiberglass Laminator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fabrication and repair of fiberglass products. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Cut, shape, and form fiberglass materials using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
   
   
2. Laminate fiberglass layers to build strong and durable products
   
   
3. Trim, grind, sand and finish components as required
   
   
4. Prepare molds for lamination by cleaning, waxing and coating with gelcoat or resin
   
   
5. Repair existing products using patching techniques
   
   
6. Follow safety guidelines when handling hazardous materials such as resins and solvents
   
   
7. Maintain a clean working environment
   
   
8. Requirements:
   
   
9. High school diploma or equivalent
   
   
10. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fiberglass lamination or similar roles
    
    
11. Ability to read blueprints and drawings
    
    
12. Knowledge of safety processes and procedures
    
    
13. Quality control skills
