Fiberglass Lamination, Plug Making, Finishing and Infusion Wanted

Looking for someone with experience to help me with a personal project to get a custom 21’ design concept fishing boat to finishing. This is the idea. Hull is 99% done. Currently working on top deck which is at 65% and ancillary items which are at 40%. This is where I need help to expedite this project to get it to molds and then production. This is a side job not a permanent full time position however it may turn into a full time position when boat goes into production.

Location: Bolingbrook Illinois

Pay: CASH with time frame bonus agreement.

Hours: Some flexibility
