Hi - I inherited an old 10' fishing boat that appears to be made of fiberglass/composite material. There looks to have been some repairs made to the bottom of the hull with something that looks a lot like plumber's putty.

The boat is in need of refinishing. There are some chips and cracks to all areas of the boat. I need to repair any leaks and I would like to seal and paint the interior and exterior. Its a very small boat and I would only be using it in fresh/brackish waters... what is the best type of paint to use?

    Thank you.
