    I have a client that is a world leader in the construction of convertible sport fishing and luxury motor yachts that is searching for a Fiberglass Application Engineer . The qualified candidate has a BS in Chemical, Mechanical, Marine, or Ocean Engineering with 5+ years of hands on application experience. Experience with the following closed mold processes would be beneficial: VARTM, SCRIMPTM, and Vacuum Infusion, with a working knowledge of CAD and other computer related skills.

    The Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • The development of new fiberglass and composite manufacturing processes with a team to include manufacturing, engine, and vendor/supplier personnel.

    • Project management conducted through the use of project schedules and make plans to develop overall project goals and timelines.

    • Develop specifications and statements of material requirements and processes that meet long-term production demands for the lowest investment possible.
