    Mold Maintenance Technician
    Seminole Marine, Inc.

    As a Mold Maintenance Technician you will be working with a team to perform the following activities:
    • Perform preventive maintenance on open mold tooling
    • Ability to troubleshoot issues with the molds
    • Maintain documentation of corrections made to molds
    • Communicate effectively with production team members, supervisors, engineers, and inspectors to ensure quality installation of molds
    • Understand and comply with safety rules and company policies
    • Embrace a teamwork philosophy in order to influence the team to meet or exceed quality goals and timelimes.

    Requirements This position requires the following skills and attributes:
    • Training and/or working knowledge of tools and materials to perform maintnanence on fiberglass boat molds.
    • Read, write and speak English
    • Minimum of 3-5 years exp. of mold maintenance in open mold facility
    • Reliable attendance
    • Work weekends if required
    • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
