Someone on another forum asked help about similar occurrences happening at his daughter's house in the UK. They didn't feel the being(s) a threat, just weird that it's hanging around the place. He also said it was BS until he visited and stayed a night.

There are bonds between some people, just read up on twins that were separated at birth, some are remarkable stories.

Also read up on people that were dead, then came back to life and what they have to say.

There are/were numerous people that had a gift to see what happened to others... and even knew when something awful is happening to another person.

I believe that many people have a sensitivity and a talent if one can call it that, to feel things that others are simply not aware of.

Google " body weight before and after death " and see what comes up. The human body is the only body that does that... your soul (the one you don't think you have) leaving the body perhaps ?

How did people like Nostradamus and Siener van Rensburg predict things that were going to happen in the future, many that didn't even existed when they were alive. I don't know much about Nostradamus, but if you read the books on Siener van Rensburg it is remarkable, for a man that could not even write and read properly he guessed right about a heck of a lot of things ! There's some youtube vids about him you can look at.

What is even more if more than one person that did not know another or were even aware of each other's existence say they had the same vision on some things coming in the future... wow.

You don't seriously believe that claptrap do you?

It's amazing how these ghosts and pixies manage to avoid labs. Maybe they have a sixth sense or something.

There's millions of dollars waiting for proof of these "paranormal" events. So far nobody has come close. All those experts, all those TV shows, and not
    one stands up to scrutiny.
    You've been conned.

Wikipedia: The Minnesota Twin Family Study (or MTFS) is a longitudinal study of twins conducted by researchers at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. It seeks to identify the genetic and environmental influences on the development of psychological traits.

What a load of ridiculous tosh!
If you had irrefutable proof of ghosts or a spirit world, you would be celebrated
the world over by scientists, atheists, and skeptics, and everyone would
whistle and cheer at your remarkable achievement. Instead you come across as
a charlatan taking money from the gullible and foolish.
It's simple: put up or shut up.

It's your free choice to believe what you want Leo, but you cannot tell me what to believe or not. Btw, I met the grandson of Siener van Rensburg, you won't believe it but he's a South African too !... but I guess that was my imagination as well ;) No the grandson doesn't have any of granddad's predictive skills, we tried :D

Eric is around the corner from you. Instead of hanging around the PC with negative commentary, why don't you visit and report back on what you experience there ?

Think about it, how bad can the lies be that we tell :D from experience.

And how the hell can you believe any of the boat stuff we post

One of the weirdest things I experienced before was to get to a place where I have never been before ever, but knew exactly what was where and knew exactly what everything looks like. Cannot explain it.

Had a similar experience just like this sometime ago...
Even told the driver to stop at a certain shop for something to bite although I never been to this town before, very weird indeed:(

You are free to believe in whatever weird spirit world you like.
Around the corner from Eric? Are you using "The Force" to interpret maps? :)

There's a million dollars up for proving paranormal claims. And nobody has come close yet. Why not have a go. Or are your pixies lab shy?

I think you have a bit of a misperception...
    Weird spirit world ?
Of course there are, they're looking for lab rats.

Perfectly normal and explainable, it is a mistake by the brain a bounce of information that was not recieved first time.

Ie,- you had been there before but just a nano second before.

You interpret that information as previous experience.

All this white light in the hospital and out of body experiences is all the brain.

There is only one experiment that I know running at the moment that could prove the point irrefutably.

So many people have told stories of 'floating out of there bodies' in English hospitals, that they are painting pictures in places that cannot be seen except from the ceilings .

If someone can report a 'floating' experience, and also say 'how come there was a yellow cat on top of the cupboard' - then we have a real mystery.

Personally, I had some really strange experiences as a child that tend to make me a believer, but it may have been in my mind as frosty says.

I used to believe that the brain was the most wonderful
thing in the world - but t hen i thought "Hey, whats telling me that ? "

    hey its been done !!

    Just found this link -

A laboratory experiment to prove the 'out of body experience' using random numbers instead of pictures

    Wow - very fascinating

Therein lies the mystery, there may be no 'privileged observers' in the world of science, but the spirit world seemingly does not conform to that expectation. It is no less real for it. Maybe they know how freaked out the staunch non-believers would be by a demonstration. And I have witnessed enough that simply defies rational explanation, to just accept it as fact.
