No. Those letter bombs are from anarchists, who have nothing to do with Al Queda or any other Muslim terrorists. Anarchists were doing the same thing in Greece a few weeks ago, sending mail bombs to foreign embassies. And according to Italian authorities, there are known ties between Greek anarchists and Italian anarchists.

Don't forget: it was Italian-based anarchists who pretty much originated random bombing as a tool of terrorism, back in the very early 20th Century. Has anyone nowadays ever heard of Sacco and Vinzetti?
