    Greeting all

Who can offer his help to set up a fiberglass small boat factory for 20 to 35 feet size in GCC?
    Considering:
    • The factory design, blueprint, and space requirements.
    • The needed equipment.
    • Molding requirement.
    • The process guidelines and manuals.
    • Selecting good quality materials to be utilized.
I will be glad and thankful to receive your advice & services at boatproject2024@gmail.com

    Best regards
    Ahmed

Re the GCC, I am guessing that this is the consortium of countries in the Gulf mentioned in the link below -
Gulf Cooperation Council - Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gulf_Cooperation_Council

Whereabouts in the GCC are you?
There are already a number of well established boatbuilders in the GCC of 'small' craft in the size range that you are considering - it might be worthwhile making contact with them?
Either as a potential customer for one of their boats, or to see if they might be interested in a joint venture with you in your country?

Here is one - Smart Own in the UAE - Log into Facebook https://www.facebook.com/smartown.ae
    And Passenger boats https://www.smartown.ae/

Google will find you some more boatbuilders.

There’s some unique challenges working overseas.

    My big suggestion I can have for you;
Make sure your bill of materials is accurate, so you can predict material consumption and lead times for fresh stock.

MRP software is an excellent investment for any industrial manufacturer.

I do offer consulting if you want to contact me via email.

Seems your recent membership does not allow yet to send you a direct/private message. You must give a different account to contact you.

From the brief, it seems a factory layout/design. The next question will be how big will the boat be? That will determine your turnaround rate (say 1 per week) and will answer question on the equipment you need.
Process is pretty straightforward but manuals? Is it factory Standard method/Operating procedures? It is like a Quality Procedure manual.

The last question I think will be "Will the boat be built to Class. or even just compliant with/to (ISO guidelines, others)". This will determine the type of materials to be used.
