Safie, I had a dream last night that everyone decided (unilaterally), to reform and try to be helpful and NICE? - where was the entertainment value in the dungeon, was the common cry of all the phantom visitors, who at last were "coming out" to support their need to access a daily dose of sarcasm, derision, castigation, and slanderous behaviour?????

But the water has all gone! Something with wheels on would be more use surely? About the last thing they need right now is a bunch of "experts" selling them things! Some food, drinking water and shelter might have a higher priority? (some dry ammunition for the anti-looter patrols might be useful too!)

But I am so glad you realise that boats actually do have uses beyond recreation! I wonder why I didn't think of that?

That they need boats is something I heard. I didn't make it up. That they should be shallow draft riverboats is my thought.... it seems like reasonable speculation. It may be that landing craft that can carry and land "something on wheels" that contains "food, drinking water, and shelter" would be particularly useful. One way or another, though, transportation is part of the logistical scenario, and where it can be done by boat it's cheaper than using a helicopter, yes?
