engine hiccup

    can somebody advise me the cause of engine hiccup

    It would be more helpful to provide the year, make and model of the engine. Maybe some history on it's maintenance, other symptoms, prior to the latest, etc.

    In other words, a number of things could be causing your troubles, but we can't see and touch the engine from here. You'll have to offer a wee bit more then you have.
