Bravo one swap to Bravo 3

    I have a Sonic prowler with a 500HP and a bravo one outdrive. The boat performs well enough but the way it planes out reminds me of a larger cruiser... It is a fairly heavy 26 boat and only gets up to about 65mph. I had swapped out a dual prop to a single prop on a smaller boat and only gained 1mph so I am wondering if anyone has any thoughts? Reason is I have "inherited" a 1.81 bravo 3 in perfect coniditon and the bravo one on the boat is a little crusty. And I can't just go give it a try because it currently has 28 pitch props which i am assuming would be too big.
