40 m Ice class passenger ferry

    Dear All,

    I am planning to design as Ice class passenger ferry with following specs,

    L(Apprx)-40m
    B-(Apprx)-9m

    10-15 passenger,1-2 cars.

    If anybody has some reference GENERAL ARRANGEMENT plan,Please share it here.

    So you wish to copy another design, with most likely a completely different SOR, and not design it yourself as you first stated?

    Hi Ad Hoc,

    I don't need to copy other design.
    I need to do parent ship data analysis to fix the preliminary main dimensions as i am first time in ice class ferry design,

    40 meters and only 1-2 cars? Sounds little bit strange for me. What kind of ferry is it? Double ended?

    ice class ferry

    there is only one ramp at the aft.vessel is designed for 40 pax accomodation and for one car.

    Final dimensions concluded as below,

    L-36 m
    B-9 m
    D-3.8 m
    T-2.5 m
