Here is the profile view of the Kraken 25 "c class" trimaran from Lock's advertising material. I think the purple was the original colour scheme it's certainly the first layer of paint on the boat when I ground the original hulls back.

Hi Doug, It's still making slow progress. I mind my young girls on the weekends these days so my wife can study for her Masters of Education at Uni so my boat building time is much reduced. I've handed the keys back to the factory it was built in and moved it back to my main workshop (strongbacks on castors are great btw :) ). I've pulled most of the remaining staples on the main hull and am getting ready to join the two halves, I'll get there :). It's all looking pretty good and the structure is quite light which is nice.

Well, good luck-I know how those "Real Life" things can slow you down-but your determination will see you thru! Best of luck!

I am looking plans, sail plan, datas or drawings of the C Class from George Patterson Yacht designer:
    Sprinter US 8
    Gamecock US 35
    Weatercock US 53
I have send a letter to this address, in April, but no answer:
George Patterson, 6 Old Hamburg Rd. , Old Lyme Ct. 06371
If anybody can help me, many thanks

I have a mast drawing for the rebuilt mast on Gamecock. It has the same dimensions as the original. I also have some pictures of Weathercock and Gamecock that may help.

I dug through a pile of dusty old drawings, but couldn't find the mast drawing. I'll keep looking, but I'm afraid it got lost somewhere in one of my moves. I'll try some other methods to reconstruct the dimensions. I'll also try to come up with more Weathercock data. I would be surprised if George Patterson is still living. He's at least 20 years older than I am.

You will, of course, have seen these shots from the Wilson and Press book, Francois?

Thanks Gary, I have the two editions of the book, and Chris and Max sent me their pictures. I am looking for data or measures of Sprinter US 8, Gamecock US 35,
Weatercock US 53 and Helios KA 28, if I don't found any plan.

Francois, go over to the Crowther Kraken 25 thread; Chrismann apparently has the Helios plans, which will most probably have the big wing drawings too.

Hi Corley, Do you think it is a good idea to put an advertisement on your Club site with the research of plans for Helios if anybody can help to find it. I send you some drawing to see the work, you can put it on the site. I am in a hurry now to finish all the plans.
