Gonzo is correct, in that an assembled structure usually takes a lot longer to fully dry out. I've had projects on the hard waiting to dry for over a year, many times. To speed things up, you can partly disassemble things, but this often requires even more work, so you have to draw a line as to how much you need to do, against how much you can or want to do.
