i use very little oil to lube the air tools i use, one or two drops and then run the tool for a few minutes before i use it, but try to buy air tools that kick the air from the back so it dont spray on to the part, also if you wrap a little bitof a rag around and tape this should do the trick

 

hehe,,im cheap anyways my sanders dont cost over 30 bucks,,hehe,,and i get a good year out of em before their final "filing"

you are cheap, all y sanders are hutchins at 250 a shot and my die grinders are snap on blue point, Iam a tool junkie, think Iam the only guy using a sata digital jet to spray gel
