    As a rule of thumb, 7 euro / kg comes close. Based on cheap materials (sprayup), gelcoat, everything. Beware, you are not making money then, just barely keeping alive, and moulds are not calculated.

    Your 6-8 usd/lbs seems reasonable, but leaves little margin.

    All depends on how your company architecture is. Do the customers supply moulds, do you need to build them, in which market do you operate, what should be the finish of your product, and how smart is the design. (cutting labour, better quality)
