Long time ago , about 30 years from now , I was on a ferry ship in Istanbul.
Boat was rotating 180 degrees and all the water is glass flat. I saw a water shape in the middle of calm water like an shark fin.

I saw same shape as wigner function.

Was it possible I took wigner fin at the middle of sea or what was that ?
