Director of Engineering (Naval) - Denver, CO

I have a client in Denver, CO looking for a Dir of Engineering. This person needs to have a background in Naval Architecture and a bachelors degree (or higher) in Architecture(Naval preferably). Required Experience and Skills:

• Engineering management experience
• Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative
• Able to work in teams or individually
• Interest in developing new technology
• Must have good technical writing and professional communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of CAD programs a plus (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino)Sheet metal and Aluminum boat building or marine experience a plus
• Experience with control systems a plus
• Experience with low voltage electrical systems a plus
• Available to travel, with a current passport or able to obtain one
• Able to obtain a security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship
