I am looking for a digital measuring device I can use to accurately measure vessel interiors (bare hull/mold)for the purpose of producing "as built" dwgs (CAD and Rhino), interior furniture shop floor dwgs, perspectives and C&C cutter dwgs. Currently using tape and plumb bob etc but find it time consuming and not accurate enough. Look forward to any helpful info.

Any reason for not using a Faro arm ?Or the Roamer equivalent?
