Any information on these http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/811866420/water_cooled_and_air_cooled_40hp.html?s=p would be appreciated . The output seems optimistic but could be useful in the 2500 ~ 3500 rpm range ? 12 to 20hp?

I have been contacting them, they only put a CE mark in it, no emission certifictae or CE approval. Not clean enough for EU or US at the moment,
